How do I integrate solar power with my existing

1) estimate the time for solar system to pay for itself: allow customer to enter electric billing data for a year (or 2) then calculate how many solar panels are needed to zero out the bill, and how long it would take for the solar system to pay for itself.

2) Do I need (and how expensive is) a heavier-duty circuit for the fast charger that brand X electric car wants?

A - You are advised to have a dedicated supply to an EV charger but in the majority of households a single phase circuit is more than sufficient and works well with a 7Kw charger. If you want 22Kw you will need a 3 phase supply.

3) Details of the warranty on the solar panels, the inverters, etc.

4) Does the company recommend single inverter or micro-inverters? Why?

Is the car charger bi-directional, so if power grid is down, my house can be powered by the battery in my plugged-in electric car?
